I am a teacher, mother of a toddler, and wife to a soldier. My husband recently deployed for his second year long tour. I'm told that my daughter's ability to cope with his deployment mostly depends on me. If I'm doing well, then she'll be fine but if I'm struggling, then she'll have a hard time. I'm starting this blog to try and maintain my sanity and to reach out to others. I find the best support is often from someone going through similar situations.
